Magnitude 5.2 earthquake hit Nasugbu, Batangas this afternoon.
The earthquake was felt in Metro Manila, Bataan and other neighboring provinces.
Based on information released by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the magnitude 5.5 was first recorded but at last released the earthquake bulletin, it was lowered to 5.2,
The epicenter was recorded at 25 kilometers south of Nasugbu at 12:25 pm at noon from tectonic and with a depth of 118 kilometers.
Due to the shock, Intensity IV in Lubang & Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro, Intensity III in Balayan, Tuy, Talisay and Calatagan, Batangas.
Intensity IV in Mandaluyong City, Makati City, Pasay City, Quezon City was also felt; Clark, Pampanga; Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro; Looc and Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro; as well as in Tanza & Maragondon, Cavite;
Intensity II in Manila City; Plaridel, Obando & Malolos, Bulacan; and Parañaque City;
No damage to property and building reported but Phivolcs's noticed, expect aftershocks.
